Rock the Boat – Essie
This baby blue polish is Rock the Boat by Essie, an easy-to-apply 3 coater. The formula is a bit thin but for those of us that aren’t new to Essie know that their polishes are generally all really thin. However, as it builds up, the colour starts to look really beautiful!
In the pictures, I did apply Essie’s Matte About You topcoat because I found that it made the polish look even better!
There is also a slight shimmer to this polish however, the matte topcoat kind of toned it down.
